Talent and HR Development Manager
PolyPeptide Laboratories France in Strasbourg is the French subsidiary of an international group of approximately 1,350 employees, world leader in the research, development, and production of synthetic peptides. As part of the Human Resources Department at the Strasbourg site and reporting to the Site HR Director & Global Talent/Development, we are looking for a Talent & HR Development Manager to join our HR team. This is a key role at both Group and the Site levels, requiring strong involvement in strategic HR projects, leading both global and local initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of the Group’s HR strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of annual performance reviews: Organizing and following up on annual performance evaluations while actively participating in the continuous improvement of the process at the Group level.
- Management of the local training plan and contribution to Group-wide skills development projects: Leading the training plan at the site while being involved in the design and monitoring of training and skills development projects at the Group level.
- Implementation and follow-up of employee engagement surveys: Coordinating and analyzing engagement surveys across the Group’s entities, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of specific actions.
- Group HR projects: participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives and inclusion, as well as projects to combat discrimination, harassment and harassment and promote a respectful working environment.
- Talent Review management and follow-up: Coordinating and monitor Talent Review and succession planning, identifying key talents, and supporting their development and deployment within the Group.
- Leadership development: Contributing to the development of programs designed to strengthen leadership skills within the Group and support managers in their role as team development managers.
- Group HR annual report: Actively contributing to the preparation of the Group’s annual HR report by providing analysis and recommendations on HR issues.
- Onboarding: contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring successful and consistent integration across all Group entities.
- Internal communication and employer branding: Inspiring a positive, engaging tone engaging.
- Acting as the deputy to the Site HR Director within the local HR team.
Profile requered:
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HR, with mandatory experience in Talent. Management/HR Development in an international/multicultural environment.
- You have excellent project management methodology skills: ability to work in project mode, manage multiple deadlines, and to work on numerous projects in parallel.
- Significant experience in the development of training concepts, as well as also be able to lead training courses (soft skills, leadership skills, etc.).
- Trainer certification is a plus.
- Your leadership, your boldness, your ability to federate around common objectives team spirit, as well as your ability to analyze and synthesize will enable you to succeed in this position.
- Fluent business English and French are essential.
- You have a strong appetite for data and analysis, with advanced mastery of office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
- You are organized, structured, flexible and agile.
- You are able to integrate quickly and interact easily with Site & Group.
